Instructional Production Specialist

Heaven Boughan is an instructional production specialist in the Learning Design unit of Penn State’s World Campus. As a former online student, Heaven brings unique, practical experience to their work. They leverage their first-hand experience to foster student engagement and innovation while collaborating with other production specialists and instructional designers.

Heaven enjoys watching anime with their younger siblings and playing D&D with their younger brother in their free time. They are a confessed cat person and love watching The Lord of The Rings movies with their cat, Caliope.
