Kate Twoey

IT Trainer

Kate came to Penn State’s World Campus as an instructional production specialist in January 2009. As an IT trainer, she manages all of Learning Design's training efforts and documentation. She also serves on Learning Design's leadership team as well as various committees throughout the University that focus on the learning management system. In addition, she assists in the delivery of the online master of professional studies in Human Resources and Employment Relations (HRER). Kate is a lover of the all things music, and rarely gets through the day without quoting vintage Sesame Street and The Electric Company.
